Let us know your child’s go-home plans by filling in the google form. For each week day, please note what bus number your child will ride, if they will be parent pick-up (PPU), or go to YMCA Care. To find your bus number, stop and pick up/drop off times click on the find my bus stop button at the MyRide K12 app.

The information you provide us will be your student’s regular go home plan in the office. If there are any changes to the regular plan, please send a note, call the main office at 253.530.1200, or email des-office@psd401.net with changes before 2:00 p.m.

If there are any questions about how the student will get home, unless we have heard from you, the permanent plan is what we will follow.
